DomCat Studios, Inc. Architectural Stained Glass & Design specializes in religious stained glass windows for churches with efforts in new design and glass painting.
DomCat Studios has its beginning in 1982 with founder Charly Engels working as an independent artist in Germany. Born in Bonn, Germany, Charly Engels has been active as a master glazier and stained glass artist since 1976. He was educated and received his experience in Munich & Cologne, Germany. As a result, his design is greatly influenced by the German Masters of stained glass. Charly is a master glass painter as well as a stained glass artist.
The Studio's first commissioned job in the United States was Christus Victor Lutheran Church in Bonita Springs, Florida. The stained glass windows were painted biblical scenes from the life of Jesus with simplified background in hand-blown German antique glass.
Today, DomCat Studios remains a family business. Located in Cape Coral, Florida our work can be seen throughout the United States.

In 1987, Charly relocated to the United States. He has been working with artists, architects, churches, interior designers, building committees and private clients ever since.
